Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Irvine, CA. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other key tasks include managing inventory, analyzing reports, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions
Experience in sales, marketing, and/or retail operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fitness industry and/or health and wellness practices is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
